Appointments
Please call our office in advance to schedule an appointment. Our schedulers will be happy to assist you find an appointment that fits your schedule. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please give our office 24-hours notice to avoid a "no show" fee. You do not need to talk with a scheduler to cancel an appointment just leave a message on our answering machine, calls are time marked so we know when you leave your cancellation message. If you need to reschedule or schedule an appointment please call during office hours and talk with a scheduler. We strive to see our patients within fifteen minutes of their appointment time; however, emergencies do happen and we ask for your patience. We will give you the same careful attention when we see you.

Fees & Payments
As a courtesy to our patients we will gladly file your medical claim. However, we require that patients pay any co-payments at the time of their appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. Because of insurance company policies we can only treat one procedure/concern per visit. If you have more than one procedure/concern please make coordinating appointments. However, if you are a self-pay patient we will make an exception. For our patients without insurance, we offer a discount if your bill is paid in full at the time of service. We also have other financial options available; please talk with our Billing Department. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Prescriptions & Renewals
Patients may request prescription refills by telephone if the doctor has seen you within the last two (2) months. The fee for this service is $15. Please call our office and talk with the Medical Assistant during business hours with the telephone number of your pharmacy. We will not call in refills after hours. Please keep in mind that certain drugs cannot be phoned-in and you will be required to come into the office for an appointment.
